Base rent starts at $1,200 + utilities depending on credit and background factors.  However, applicants with bad credit are still welcome to apply but their rent will be adjusted up and prepayments may be required.

All tenants must submit an application online which includes a background check, but again results are not an eliminating factor, simply a basis to gather information.

Pets are welcome but do incur an incremental $50 per month rental charge for each pet plus a $250 deposit.
